Howden opens new office in Singapore to further support regional customers

Howden has opened a new office in Singapore to expand its existing presence and support in APAC.

The new Howden office is located at 28 Ayer Rajah Crescent provides improved access to the company’s procurement, quality control, technical assistance and project execution in Singapore and other countries in Southeast Asia. As a business with a strong reputation for customer support and air and gas handling solutions, this office brings Howden experts closer to hand for vital industries and support regional customers.

Howden has been present in Singapore for over 31 years, as a hub for South East Asia, initially for compressors, and expanding to the full product range of fans, heaters, and steam turbines. The new office will support Howden’s strategy to grow across wastewater, hydrogen, energy & renewables and power generation sectors across South East Asia, and more widely Asia Pacific, as the office serves as the hub for Howden’s activities in the region.

The opening of our new office in Singapore comes on the back of the growth we are experiencing in South East Asia, particularly in wastewater, hydrogen, power generation, cement and petrochemical. It confirms our significant role and strong reputation as the source of knowledge, expertise and innovation which contributes to the energy transition and provides support for our customers’ vital processes.

The new office brings Howden even closer to our partners and customers and better support them through additional engineering, parts and aftermarket services. It offers additional collaborative space to enable better interactions within Howden teams. It also offer expanded training facilities for our customers and internal commercial and field service engineering teams.

Howden has a long history of strength in both traditional and emerging sectors in Singapore and neighbouring countries in Southeast Asia.  We already support over 1300 installed equipment within Singapore and neighbouring countries in Southeast Asia and are growing both our original equipment manufacturer, aftermarket, Retrofit and service support in response to customer demand.
