Howden, like many other companies and communities around the world, continues to adjust to the situation caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our business around the world continues to operate and we are able to provide our full range of products, solutions and services to our customers. At this time, all of our manufacturing and production facilities are operating, while the majority of our office staff are serving customers while working from home.
The health and safety of our employees, and the residents of the communities in which we are located, are a top priority. As such, we have implemented stringent health measures within our production facilities including sanitising and social distancing processes.

In order to address both customer site access concerns, and Government imposed travel restrictions, we have accelerated the deployment of our remote assistance capabilities and tools. Vuforia Chalk, an augmented reality service support tool, and Howden Uptime, our remote performance optimisation platform, is providing expert support from anywhere around the world.
