I joined as an intern in November 2011 and was one of the first women in operations. Since then more and more women have come into the operations environment which makes me so proud!

The interns program allows Howden to mix experience with youth; sharing knowledge, ideas and experiences is key to its success.

It’s a great opportunity for those in the local community as it combines theory and practice and helps to develop a successful professional career.
