2022 was the first year of Bright Futures, Howden’s Global community volunteering program supporting people in disadvantaged and underrepresented communities around the world.

Through education and skills development, Howden employees are supporting the people who need it most and making a big impact.

• 4,300 volunteering hours recorded in 2022
• 80% of Howden sites have active Bright Futures projects
• 11% of all employees globally are involved in Bright Futures volunteering
• 80,000 people reached in communities around the world through Bright Futures projects
