​In our RKB series of integrally-geared centrifugal compressors a central low-speed bull gear drives one or more pinions with overhung impellers, resulting in a very compact machine footprint. We have developed a brand new family of dedicated impeller stages that further improve the already exceptional efficiency of integrally-geared compressors, and individual stages or sections can be equipped with adjustable inlet vanes and intercoolers.

Key Features

  • Labyrinth seals or dry gas seals flooded with buffer gas separate the compressor stages from gear case oil space and prevent any airborne oil particles from entering the process gas space.
