We are proud to communicate the launch of the Ventsim CONTROLTM Service desk. Using this powerful communication center, we will strengthen our customer operations' support.

EASY TO USE

Every request generates a code in our new service, creating a continuous queue of client requests with all necessary data. The reported issue is either resolved on the spot or escalated to a specialist, as appropriate.

We track every incident reported, whether a software anomaly, a new feature, to suggest an improvement, or anything else.

In that way, we make every effort to ensure that all requests are appropriately reviewed, prioritized, and forwarded to the right team member.

BENEFITS

  • Our Service desk serves as a centralized location for all our customer communications—no need to worry about having the correct email address or phone number to get some support.

  • The customer is kept up to date on the request progress. Concerns are addressed and resolved as promptly as possible.

Ventsim Control – is fully integrated with Ventsim Design. It utilizes intelligent software that communicates to hardware devices to monitor remotely, control, and automate airflow, heating, and cooling.

Customers can start small and adapt, as the operation requires. Discover the benefits:  Improve production, blast-clearing times, energy savings, and, most importantly, increased safety for underground workers.

Thanks to our technology and our passion for ventilation, we are innovating and revolutionizing mining ventilation control. Howden - we keep mining safe, the world over.
