Through a tender in 2005, we were asked to supply the aeration for a new water treatment plant to be built in the city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A prestigious project that was set up with maximum effort by the parties involved.

The HV-TURBOTM product range was the only solution that could meet the flow requirement 22.500 – 60.000 Nm3/h with a pressure of 1.968 Bar(a). In 2006 we had the pleasure of deliver 5 single stage integrally geared HV-TURBO compressors, type KA10SV-GL210 and in 2010 an additional HV-TURBO compressor was added.

Ever since the six KA10SV-GL210 HV-TURBO compressors have been serviced by Howden in the Netherlands and later on by our service partner, ASV-Services BV.

The six compressors have now run an average of 75,000 hours and with annual maintenance, the compressors are still running just like when they were delivered new at the time.
