January marks a time for celebration at Howden with our biggest recognition event of the year, the Howden Annual Awards 2023.

Our awards are an important opportunity to celebrate the achievements and successes of the previous year and recognise the individuals and the teams that have contributed to that success by advancing a more sustainable world for our customers.

With more than 6500 employees from across 35 countries having the opportunity to share in the celebration, and hundreds of nominations submitted by our teams around the world, the Howden Annual Awards was an excellent celebration.

Every single employee that received a nomination, both individual and those included in team nominations should be congratulated. They are all living our Howden values and those contributions are celebrated and recognised across a range of categories, including:

  • Environment, Health & Safety
  • Living our Values
  • Business Performance
  • Success in driving Customer Attachment
  • Bright Futures
  • Special Recognition
  • Howden CEO Award

The combined talent of our people in both engineering and supporting functions is our core strength at Howden. Together they are working with our customers across the world to enable their vital processes, continually striving for excellence and developing new technologies and solutions that will help to advance a more sustainable world.

Congratulations to all of the winners and to everyone who received a nomination for living our Howden values.
