Howden Announces ABS Manufacturing and Distributing as Authorized Service Provider.

Howden Alphair Ventilating Systems is pleased to announce our new partnership with ABS Manufacturing Service. Effective March 1st, ABS Manufacturing and Distributing will be an Authorized Service Provider.

ABS Manufacturing and Distributing is strategically located in Sudbury, Ontario. This will allow us to provide timely service directly to the underground mines throughout Ontario, Central and Eastern Canada. ABS has a long standing reputation of providing the highest quality products and services that often exceed the customer’s expectation. By partnering with such a superior service provider, Howden customers will be able to benefit from a long list of services and advantages that will be offered. At the top of that list - we will be offering complete repair or rebuild of auxiliary ventilation fans of all makes and models. This will include fan rotor repair and replacement of worn or damaged fan blades as needed, fan motor repair, fan housing repair and repainting, as well as reassembly and rebalancing of the complete fan unit.

Because of ABS’s location, we will also be able to provide our customers with pick up and return of the fan units, on-site inspection and condition evaluation of fans stored or currently in use, and emergency field service should you need it.

Additionally, there will be an extensive stock located on premises at ABS. This means we will be able to offer quick turnaround of spares or emergency replacements. We will also be able to complete expedited assembly and shipment of a variety of different fan sizes.
