One of the key strengths of Howden is the detailed knowledge our engineers have of the application of our products in a wide range of processes.

We believe that it is important that our customers have a good grasp of the basic principles of the interaction between our products and the systems they are used in. This assists their engineers to accurately draft specifications and to assess resulting tenders.

This part of the site contains a number of technical papers, covering subjects ranging from the basic principles of fan operation to the application of rotary air heaters in utility boilers. Complementing these are a number of brochures, and case studies, some of which are in languages other than English.
