Other Products

There are a number of other products that Howden supplies that do not fall into the main product areas.  Many are only offered in a particular region, being the specialty of the Howden company there.   In all cases they relate to other Howden products.

We supply reactive silencers or attenuators for applications where dust or moisture would affect the performance of conventional absorptive silencers.  These products are available from our African and Australian companies.

For gas cleaning/dust extraction Howden Africa offers both conventional fabric filter dust extractors and a range of skid mounted wet dust extractors for use underground for mining or construction of tunnels.

Howden North America supplies Sturtevant bearings and Gýrol® fluid drives, for use with our own or other makes of equipment.
