Howden company established in Russia

Howden announces the opening of Howden LLC to be the prime point of contact for firms in Russia and neighboring countries for Howden's products and services. 

Based in Moscow, the new company, as well as taking care of sales of new equipment in the utility and industrial markets, also supplies spare parts and services for Howden equipment already installed and operating.
 
This is a logical extension for Howden, whose business in Russia goes back more than 30 years.  The first products provided were industrial fans, and large fans were recently supplied to the steel industry. Howden compressor packages have been operating in the Russian oil and gas industry for more than 10 years.

The setting up of a company in Russia will help Howden serve the burgeoning markets in Russia and neighbouring countries more effectively.
