CEO outlines Howden’s part in building the future

Bob Cleland, Howden Chief Executive, recently took part as a guest on BBC Radio Scotland's "The Business", a Sunday morning show which broadcasts the latest stories and issues making the news in business here in Scotland, the UK and around the world.

Interviewed by Graham Stewart, Bob talked about a range of subjects including the healthy state of Howden's order book, the challenges of operating globally in the current economic environment and the role we play in assisting our clients to reduce their environmental impact by control of emissions. He also discussed the role of the company's current strategic development plan in moving Howden forward as a global business.
 
Bob also outlined the importance Howden places on continuing its effective recruitment and training strategy, and highlighted the importance and success of Howden Academy, our partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University.
