Who Attends

All of our engineers will have the opportunity, at some point, to benefit from the facilities of Howden Academy.

Our first priority is to provide training for new engineers, from throughout our business units worldwide, who are entering sales, proposals, contract management or design roles. However, existing staff who are changing roles or are relatively inexperienced will also be considered for attendance.

The course materials, which are specially written by current or recently retired Howden specialists, form an extensive and flexible library of training materials. This also provides an invaluable resource when, for example, experienced Howden engineers require an introduction to new areas of the organisation. It will also provide a structured framework for professional development. In time, all Howden engineers will have access to the training materials.
