Howden Water Technology A/S specialises in the supply of tailor-made aeration systems for waste water treatment plants. The company’s range of turbo compressors is based on the products of Howden’s long established turbo compressor specialist in the UK, Howden Process Compressors.
Howden has supplied over 900 turbo compressor units worldwide. With the shortage of clean water already being at critical level in many places, there will be a growing demand for new efficient waste water treatment plants with high-efficiency aeration systems. Some will be built in areas of the world where none have been needed in the past. Existing inefficient plants will also have to be upgraded or enlarged in traditional markets such as Europe and North America.
