Howden UK's Construction and Maintenance Division provides a range of services that extend beyond the installation and maintenance of our plant and equipment.

Our team of highly qualified design engineers, experienced project managers, and skilled installation, operation & maintenance specialists have for many years been involved with plant and equipment supplied by third parties. Contracts for plant construction, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance have been successfully undertaken for the power, petro-chemical, steel, cement, marine, transportation and mining industries.

Vessel & tanks - Manufacture and installation.
Complete turnkey plant - Construction & operation.
Rotating plant - Installation.

Breakdown & Callout

Our multi-disciplined Construction & Maintenance Division covers the whole of the British Isles and Ireland. In most normal circumstances we will respond to a customer’s call within 24 hours. In some cases, special contracts guarantee a two-hour response time.

We offer round-the-clock access to maintenance services as an integral part of our policy of forming close relationships with our customers.

For overseas customers we will arrange for experienced Howden engineers to attend site at short notice, either from the UK or from a local Howden company.
