Navigating this website
To navigate through this website, please use the menus at the top and left of the page. If you are using a screen reader, you can use the access key alt - 0 (press enter), this will take you to the main menu at the top of the page, from there you can use the tab key to navigate through the links. The access key alt - A (enter) will take you to the menu on the left of the page, from there you can use the tab key to navigate through the links.

Alt + S - small fonts
Alt + M - medium fonts
Alt + L - large fonts
Alt + H - toggle high contrast
Font sizes
You may change the font size of this document to your preference through your browser or the font selector at the top-right of each page. In Internet Explorer, select View, then Text Size, and then your preferred size. In Netscape select View, then Text Zoom, and then your preferred percentage size.
Stylesheets
You may import your own stylesheet into this website. In Explorer select Tools, then Internet options, and then Accessibility. Next click on any or all of 3 checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes. In the same window you can change your style sheet by clicking the checkbox that says, 'format document using my style sheet' then simply browse to your style sheet and click ok.
In Netscape select edit, then preferences and then appearance. You will then be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.
