We provide fabric filter plant (FFP), flue gas conditioning plant (FGC), flue gas desulphurisation (FGD), precipitator upgrade technology, environmental management services and various other emissions control technologies in addition to furnaces, burners, incinerators and electrical control and instrumentation.
We have built many of the largest FFP reference plants for the power generation industry in Southern Africa since 1992, with capacities ranging from 50MW units to 670MW. This includes the world’s biggest fabric filter plant installation at Eskom’s Majuba Power Station in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
South Africa has some of the world’s deepest mines that can no longer be cooled using conventional cooling technologies due to the high rock temperatures experienced in ultra-deep mines. To meet stringent safety and energy-saving requirements, we have designed, constructed and commissioned a number of chiller and ice storage plants for South Africa’s gold and platinum mines with capacities ranging from 5MWR to 12MWR of cooling. In order to optimise energy efficiency for ultra-deep mine cooling, we have also developed designs for hard-Ice plants capable of delivering in excess of 100 tons of hard ice per hour underground to generate over 12MW of cooling from melting hard ice.
Our expertise includes designing and constructing wet scrubbing systems for mineral processing & industrial boiler plants, high-pressure pulse-jet filtration plants for melt-shop de-dusting, refrigeration & gas compression systems, waste water treatment systems, industrial waste & medical waste incinerators and industrial heat-treatment plants.

We do feasibility studies for plant operators to identify the most applicable emission control technologies. We then can make proposals and carry out the project on a turnkey basis.
