Unexpected equipment failure is an expensive problem in any industrial situation. As an OEM, Howden will always supply genuine spare parts as per the original technical specification on a timely basis.
Our engineering team will analyse the nature of the upgradation, and with reference to the original design specification and present operating conditions, recommend appropriate action to improve fan efficiency and flow enhancement. Many of our customers have benefitted from our aftermarket expertise delivering high levels of fan efficiency and power saving retrofits. When fans need to be upgraded as part of a wider process improvement project (for example pressure enhancement or changes in flow), we can provide a range of options to minimise downtime and cost including installation of a complete new upgraded fan on the existing foundation or installation of a new impeller in the existing fan casing.

- annual fan maintenance contracts
